Job summary

Big Health is a remote-first company delivering FDA-cleared digital therapeutics for insomnia and anxiety, partnering with leading healthcare organizations to scale evidence-based mental health care.

The Sales team drives rapid response to inbound interest, performs discovery and demos with providers, and guides onboarding and activation of new practices. It also focuses on expanding prescriber reach and maintaining Salesforce data for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Respond fast to inbound interest from smaller practices and referral sources, qualify fit, and book next steps.
• Run discovery and demos with providers, and route larger opportunities to the Sales Director and Territory Manager.
• Get new practices live using the onboarding playbook, including account setup, ordering, and patient communication.
• Train providers and staff on ordering and billing questions, and drive every practice to first and repeat orders.
• Manage a book of practices with scaled touchpoints and act early when ordering or activation slips.
• Grow ordering by adding prescribers and expanding to new patient populations, and be the first line for practice questions.
• Run selective outreach to priority accounts and referral partner networks to generate new practice opportunities.
• Capture learnings and keep Salesforce accurate to improve sales materials and onboarding.
