Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Provider Growth Associate to join our remote, provider-facing sales team. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, conduct 5-6+ meetings daily, and help providers open and grow their private practices with the support of AI-powered tools and coaching.

You will deliver strategic business guidance, vet providers, and drive activation while maintaining quality. This role offers strong growth, empathetic collaboration, and a mission to expand access to mental health care

Qualifications

• Experience in provider-facing sales or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for prospective providers and offer strategic business guidance for opening and growing private practices.
• Understand Grow's mission and platform to tailor approaches to provider needs.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and conduct 5–6+ meetings per day.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for prioritization, insights, and automated follow-up.
• Maintain high meeting-to-activation conversion and quality in onboarding.
