Qualifications

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Update account history and follow up to confirm resolution of inquiries.
• Adhere to SLAs and meet production targets.
• Collaborate with team members, management and clients to resolve inquiries; cross-train new resources.
• Review procedures and workflows to suggest improvements for efficiency.
