Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or MMIS outsourcing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools used to manage contact center ops.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication for team, customers, and clients.
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a team of individual contributors.
• Establish routines and use metrics to drive performance and coaching.
• Participate in client activities, project planning, and calibrations.
• Work to meet Client SLAs; escalate and support the team as needed.
• Remove obstacles and champion changes to engage employees.
