Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in provider enrollment/credentialing within healthcare.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
• Proficiency with enrollment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enroll providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial carriers.
• Coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing processes with payers.
• Maintain provider enrollment records and track payer updates and credentialing statuses.
• Serve as liaison between providers and payers to resolve enrollment issues.
