Job summary

A behavioral health company for seniors is searching for a Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist responsible for ensuring all clinicians are fully vetted and able to deliver care. The role requires experience in provider credentialing, knowledge of Medicare guidelines, and excellent data entry skills. This remote position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 – $70,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in provider credentialing or enrollment in a behavioral health or telehealth organization.
• Demonstrated experience with PECOS, NPPES (NPI), and CAQH portals.
• Deep understanding of credentialing requirements for mental health professionals.
• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a compliance-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection and verification of provider credentials.
• Oversee enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Maintain accurate provider data in internal systems.
• Monitor and notify clinicians of license or certification expirations.
