Job summary

TeleSpecialists in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a Payer Enrollment Team Member to support enrolling providers with Medicare, state Medicaid and commercial carriers. You will maintain CAQH, PECOS and State Medicaid profiles and escalate issues to management as needed.

Ideal candidates have payer enrollment experience, knowledge of credentialing software (MD Staff preferred), and familiarity with Joint Commission or NCQA standards. This role offers growth in a fast-growing healthcare tech company.

Qualifications

• Payer Enrollment experience required.
• Credentialing software experience required; MD Staff preferred.
• Experience with Joint Commission or NCQA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Medicare facility and provider applications (initial/reassignment/revalidation).
• Complete state Medicaid initial/reassignment/revalidation applications.
• Maintain PECOS profile and update provider demographic information.
• Create and maintain CAQH profiles for providers and facilities.
• Manage password updates across enrollment portals (CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid).
