Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Provider Engagement Professional to develop and grow long-term relationships with physicians, providers and healthcare systems, supporting financial and quality performance under contract with the health plan. The role involves interpreting assignments and independently determining actions, reporting to the Director, Provider Engagement.

The position is remote, with travel to provider offices approximately 3-4 days per week, and requires experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-5 years of health care or managed care with Provider Contracting, Network Management or Provider Relations experience.
• Experience working with service fund reports.
• Proven planning, preparation and presenting skills, with knowledge of reimbursement and bonus methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.
• Remote position working from home with travel to provider offices ~3-4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow positive, long-term relationships with physicians, providers and health systems to support and improve financial and quality performance within contracted relationships.
• Support scope of health plan/provider relationships across financial performance, incentives, quality/clinical management, population health, data sharing, coding, HEDIS and STARs.
• Understand department and organizational strategy and align initiatives with related areas.
