Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Provider CRM Lead (Lead Product Manager) to define and advance the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Provider CRM capabilities that connect providers with our services.

You will partner across business, operations, digital, analytics, and technology to improve provider engagement and outcomes. You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, drive data-driven decisions, and mentor other product managers while ensuring privacy and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading CRM implementations.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Ability to translate business priorities into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering across business, operations, technology, analytics, and digital teams.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for improvement.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate CRM strategy, roadmap, and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Own CRM platform capabilities including profiles, segmentation, lead management, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Partner with engineering for scalable architecture and AI-driven personalization.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
