Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Contract Load Representative to validate, configure, and maintain provider contracts and amendments. You will own end-to-end contract configuration in internal systems, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

You will report to the Associate Manager, Provider Data Operations. This is a remote role open to candidates in AZ, FL, GA, or TX, with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities
• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production driven environment

Responsibilities

• Review and configure executed provider contracts and amendments for completeness and readiness for configuration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing information and manage dependencies.
• Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, and system issues.
• Develop understanding of Oscar's processes, tools, and business model.
• Interact with internal departments daily to support operations.
• Manage a caseload while maintaining service delivery and quality.
