Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Contract Load Representative to validate, configure, and maintain provider contracts and amendments. You will own end-to-end configuration in internal systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

You will report to the Associate Manager, Provider Data Operations. This is a remote role open to several states, with occasional travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for configuration.
• Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing information, clarify contract intent, and manage downstream dependencies.
• Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, duplicate records, complex interpretation questions, and system issues.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the Oscar business model.
• Interact daily with Internal departments through multiple channels according to assignment needs
• Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
• Be an active participant in process improvement initiatives
• Comply with all regulatory standards relating to PHI
