Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is hiring a Contract Load Representative to validate, configure, and maintain executed provider contracts and amendments. This remote role primarily serves residents in AZ, FL, GA, and TX, with occasional travel for meetings and events.

You will report to the Associate Manager, Provider Data Operations and work with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy and efficient configuration. The role requires attention to detail and knowledge of contract documentation processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing information and downstream dependencies.
• Escalate incomplete documentation, discrepancies, and system issues.
• Develop understanding of Oscar's processes, procedures, and tools.
• Interact daily with internal departments to support assignment needs.
• Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Form working relationships with internal stakeholders.
