Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Contract Load Representative to validate, configure, and maintain executed provider contracts. This remote role serves the Contract Loading Team and reports to the Associate Manager, Provider Data Operations.

Based in the United States, you will handle end-to-end contract configuration, resolve provider and member issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production driven environment.
• In-depth knowledge of provider contracts and experience configuring provider contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and readiness for configuration.
• Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing information and manage downstream dependencies.
• Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, duplicate records, and system issues.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the Oscar business model.
• Interact daily with Internal departments through multiple channels according to assignment needs
• Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
• Be accountable for monitoring and tracking the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
• Be an active participant in process improvement initiatives
• Comply with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member PHI
• Other duties as assigned
