Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Contract Load Representative to validate, configure, and maintain executed provider contracts and amendments. You will own end-to-end contract configuration in internal systems and collaborate with networks to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

This remote role supports team members from Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas, with occasional travel for meetings and events. The position emphasizes accuracy, problem solving, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Experience entering accurate data in a production-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting docs for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to resolve missing info.
• Escalate incomplete documentation, contract discrepancies, duplicates, and system issues.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's business processes and tools.
• Interact daily with internal departments through multiple channels as needed.
• Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity and quality.
• Support leadership by identifying issues through escalation pathways.
• Monitor and track health of all assigned work-in-progress issues.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and comply with PHI regulations.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
