Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Contract Load Representative to join our Contract Loading Team. This role validates, configures, and maintains executed provider contracts and amendments, owning end-to-end configuration in internal systems.

You will report to the Associate Manager, Provider Data Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations while working remotely from eligible states in the U.S., including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, and Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and configure executed provider contracts, amendments, W-9s, rosters, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing information and ensure contract intent is clear.
• Escalate incomplete documentation, discrepancies, or system issues.
• Develop understanding of processes, procedures, and tools related to Oscar's business model.
• Interact daily with internal departments and manage a caseload with quality and productivity expectations.
• Be accountable for monitoring health of assigned work in progress and ensure timely resolutions.
