Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field is required.
- 5–7 years of provider compensation or benefits experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Proficiency with data analysis, HRIS, and compensation software.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate provider compensation structures, including base salary and incentives.
- Develop and maintain provider compensation models to support growth and retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance on compensation trends and design for providers and leaders.
- Perform benchmarking using national and regional compensation surveys and industry data.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence.
