• Develops and maintains monthly financial, workforce, and statistical analyses for provider enterprise, including productivity and demographic data.
• Creates and maintains dashboards and management reports, tracks incentives, and updates compensation databases.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets and related financial analyses, and supports cost accounting and utilization procedures.
