Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform analysis and design of provider compensation programs, including data gathering and CPT coding reviews.
• Create proformas, reports, and model compensation for new hires, acquisitions, and contract renewals.
• Support implementation teams for new acquisitions and conduct market surveys on provider pay.
• Conduct fair market value assessments and coordinate external reviews as needed.
• Partner with leadership to align compensation plans with care strategies and financial goals.
