Qualifications

• Preferred: experience with HR software, contracting and BI/data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider compensation programs and design plans for acquisitions and renewals.
• Create proformas, market analyses, and fair market value assessments; support implementation with system leaders.
