Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist to drive demand and shape strategic plans across diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios. This field-based, remote role collaborates with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Oncologists to optimize patient outcomes.

You will own territory business plans, educate on RLT value propositions, and build access strategies while navigating a multi-stakeholder healthcare environment. Travel up to 60–80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare with large field teams.
• 1+ years in oncology/urology/nuclear medicine or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Own prescribing and referral relationships across assigned territories.
• Deliver disease education on diagnostic/therapeutic products and protocols.
• Support access strategies and maintain key account partnerships.
• Develop tailored access tools to engage HCP targets within territory accounts.
• Communicate clinical product information clearly to customers and handle objections.
• Analyze territory landscape and adjust plans to optimize opportunities.
• Implement call plans to drive access and sales with a sophisticated audience.
