Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
• 1+ years' experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
• 1+ years' experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience, within last 5 years.
• Strong ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally within a matrix environment, and navigate large accounts.

• Own prescribing and referring physician relationships and develop business plans for territories.
• Support product access and competitive strategies; maintain key relationships aligning with priorities.
• Develop tools and strategies to access HCP targets and engage with territory accounts.
