Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience trading options or currencies.

Responsibilities

• Construct and execute options trades aligned with your defined edge and risk tolerance.
• Track volatility surfaces, skew, and term structure to inform strategy selection.
• Size positions appropriately using portfolio‑level risk metrics, not just per‑trade stops.
• Adjust hedges and roll positions in response to changing market conditions.
• Document trade theses, entries, exits, and post‑trade reviews for ongoing improvement.
• Engage with peer traders to share market views and refine strategy ideas.
