Job summary

Trader Hire seeks experienced proprietary traders to use firm-allocated capital to trade equities and options in a fully remote role. You will develop, test, and refine personal trading strategies with structured risk management and professional coaching support.

As a 1099 contractor, you enjoy complete schedule flexibility with initial buying power up to $50,000, scaling to $500,000+, and profit splits from 65% to 90% based on performance within the firm’s tiers.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge.
• Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure
• Process-oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post-trade analysis
• Independent, accountable, and committed to long-term trading development
• Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth
