Job summary

Trader Hire seeks experienced proprietary traders to trade equities and options with firm‑allocated capital through a fully remote setup. You will develop and refine personal trading strategies with coaching and structured risk management across stocks and options markets.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor based in Cheyenne, WY or nearby, with flexible hours and a path to larger capital and tiered profit splits.

Qualifications

Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge.
Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure.
Process‑oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post‑trade analysis.
Independent, accountable, and committed to long‑term trading development.
Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading.
Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays
Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities
Manage multi‑leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols
Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes
Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale
Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth
