Job summary

Trader Hire is seeking experienced proprietary traders to trade equities and options using firm-allocated capital. You will develop, test, and refine personal strategies with structured risk management and coaching in a fully remote environment.

Starting capital can grow from $50,000 to $500,000+, with profit-sharing from 65% to 90%. This contractor role offers flexible hours and the independence of remote work while staying connected with a professional trading network.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of demonstrated trading experience in options, equities, forex, or crypto.
• Working knowledge of market mechanics, order types, and execution dynamics.
• Ability to manage risk and protect capital across changing conditions.
• Coachable, self-directed, and committed to ongoing skill development.
• Reliable trading workstation with redundant internet preferred.
• Familiarity with retail or professional trading platforms is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays.
• Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models.
• Manage multi-leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols.
• Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes.
• Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale.
• Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth.
