Veristat is seeking a Proposals & Contracts Specialist II to develop proposals and contracts for new and existing business with the Sales Team. The role leads execution of increasingly complex proposals and may supervise input from other P&C teammates, delivering high-quality documents on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research) required.
• 4-6 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), required.
• Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills required, including strong detail orientation.
• Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment required.
• Ability to learn quickly and assimilate the detail of project requirements required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce required.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and contracts for new and existing business in consultation with the Sales Team.
• Lead the execution of increasingly complex proposals and oversee input from other P&C team members as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely contract deliverables.
