Job summary

Veristat, a global life sciences partner, seeks a Proposals & Contracts Specialist II to develop and manage proposals and contracts for new and existing business in consultation with the Sales Team. The role leads increasingly complex proposals and may oversee input from other P&C team members.

With 4–6 years of CRO-related experience, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong communication, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities, and leverage tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Science, Business, or Clinical Research.
• 4–6 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
• Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Proficient with Salesforce and strong MS Office skills.

Proposals & Contracts Specialist II

With minimal supervision, the Proposals & Contracts (“P&C”) Specialist II is responsible for the development of proposals and contracts for new and existing business, in consultation with the Sales Team. S/he leads the execution of increasingly complex proposals and may oversee the input of critical information from other P&C team members.

What We Offer

The estimated hiring range for this role is $80K – 95K plus applicable bonus. This hiring range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based upon local market data. Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.

What We Look For
