You will translate complex technical information into concise, reader-friendly content, collaborate with SMEs and project managers, and ensure accuracy and compliance across submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in technical writing or proposal development in the government contracting sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals meeting client requirements and showcasing the company's strengths.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise content aligned with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, teams, and PMs to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
• Edit and proofread proposal content for clarity, grammar, and compliance with a consistent tone.
• Research industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to enhance proposal content and strategy.
• Maintain organized records of proposal content, templates, and past submissions for continuous improvement.
