This is a 100% remote role with occasional in-person meetings at our corporate office. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to craft proposals that win.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, English, communications, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in technical writing or proposal development in government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and showcase company strengths.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, reader-friendly content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers for accuracy.
• Edit and proofread proposals to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Research industry trends, client needs, and competitors to improve content.
• Maintain organized records of proposal content and templates.
