Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in technical writing or proposal development, within the government contracting sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our company's strengths.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise content that aligns with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, other teams, and project managers to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in proposals.
• Review and refine proposal content for clarity, grammar, and compliance, ensuring a consistent and professional tone.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to enhance proposal content and strategy.
• Maintain organized records of proposal content, templates, and past submissions for future reference and continuous improvement.
