Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an entry-level proposal writer to join our team as a proposal writer/analyst. This role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on producing compliant content across past performance and resumes, under coaching.

You'll collaborate with the proposal team to integrate win themes, ensure accuracy, and deliver artifacts on schedule. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or commensurate experience.
• Experience responding to Government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, etc.).
• Ability to write compliant and compelling proposal sections for Federal/Civilian and DoD/IC.

Responsibilities

• Create compliant and compelling proposal content by analyzing solicitation requirements and collaborating with the team.
• Develop content iteratively using best practices such as storyboarding.
• Deliver required artifacts according to the schedule.
