Job summary

PacRim Engineering seeks an experienced Proposal Writing Specialist for our Orange Office to join a team of managers, engineers, and designers delivering civil, rail, systems, and environmental engineering services.

The role reports to the Principal and focuses on marketing support, proposal preparation, and coordination, with a strong emphasis on quality and timely submissions for DoD and Federal programs as well as regional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Marketing/Communications.
• 3-5 years of experience preparing proposals and providing marketing support in the A/E/C industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Review solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and outline responsibilities to respond.
• Prepare directives and data calls to subcontractors to obtain timely responses.
• Edit, proofread, and develop non-technical and technical text.
• Maintain qualification materials and project experience documents for pursuits.
