Job summary

Anchor QEA is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our Client Experience Team in Irvine, CA. You will lead the development of competitive proposals and SOQs, ensure alignment with evaluation criteria, and highlight how our environmental expertise supports client goals.

You will manage schedules, coordinate proposal teams, and produce resumes and marketing collateral while supporting BD efforts. Some evenings/weekends may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant A/E/C experience required.
• Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and OneDrive skills.
• Experience with InDesign and Unanet CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal outlines, concepts, and formats for maximum scoring.
• Develop detailed proposal schedules and manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to identify benefits and differentiators for a winning strategy.
• Prepare proposal content including resumes, company information, project descriptions, and marketing collateral.
• Support company-wide business development efforts as needed.
• Occasionally work evenings/weekends and perform tasks virtually with reliable Wi‑Fi.
