Trident Systems is seeking an Associate Proposal Manager (RF & Digital Systems). This remote position, with a preference for hybrid work from Fairfax, VA, will own the proposal lifecycle and bridge engineering, finance, and leadership to craft winning responses.

You will drive schedules, ensure compliance, and elevate proposal quality in a fast-growing environment. You will coordinate inputs from multiple teams, facilitate Basis of Estimates, and manage CRM/JIRA/SharePoint data while maintaining

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 6+ years in proposal management or related fields.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes.
• Ability to translate technical content into customer-focused language.
• Experience using MS Word, SharePoint, Jira, and CRM systems.
• Strong planning, organization, and multi-deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with persuasive negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in developing successful quotes and proposals for complex products.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end proposal process from RFP analysis to final delivery.
• Coordinate inputs from BD, Program Management, Engineering, Pricing/Finance, and Contracts.
• Ensure 100% compliance with customer instructions and editorial quality.
• Build realistic proposal schedules and monitor milestones; close action items.
• Apply best practices to improve templates, checklists, and workflows.
