Job summary

Acute Talent, a leading government contracting consulting firm, seeks a Proposal Manager to join our growing corporate team. This role is fully remote, supporting federal proposal development across lifecycle.

You will manage strategy, content, design, AI integration, and process improvement to deliver compliant, compelling submissions for government programs. Strong MS Office and publishing skills required; familiarity with federal platforms encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably within Government consulting services.
• Familiarity with GSA schedules and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Proficiency with federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Word as a desktop publishing tool; strong command of the full MS Office suite, including graphics applications.
• Hands-on experience with desktop publishing software (such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or equivalent) to produce visually compelling, print- and submission-ready proposal documents.
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint and other content management databases.
• Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliant, compelling proposals.
• Support content design, formatting, and graphics for print-ready documents.
