Job summary

Archesys Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Writer for a remote, full-time role. You will manage the complete proposal lifecycle, writing and coordinating content across technical, management, past performance, and security volumes.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of proposal management experience, APMP Foundation certification, and strong organizational skills. The position supports a fast-paced environment with remote work options and collaboration across SME and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in proposal management, coordination, and technical writing, specifically focused on competitive contract responses.
• Federal and State procurement processes knowledge (including FAR/DFARS) and successful response strategies.
• Direct experience within the Information Technology (IT) industry (e.g., proposals for software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, or managed services).
• APMP Foundation Level Certification.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, with expertise in managing rigorous deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for assigned opportunities, adhering to solicitation requirements and deadlines.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, manage calendars, and track milestones for cross-team collaboration.
• Research opportunities and assist with Bid/No Bid decisions.
• Design, create, and maintain proposal templates and boilerplate content.
