Job summary

AccountingDepartment.com is seeking a Proposal Architect to bridge Revenue Generation and Implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client. You will review prospective clients’ QuickBooks files, capture insights, and prepare proposal documents reflecting needs, scope, and estimated effort.

After onboarding, you support Implementation and refine processes in a fast-paced, collaborative telecommuting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and practical experience reviewing accounting system data and workflows (QuickBooks or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze clients’ existing QuickBooks files or financial reports for data accuracy.
• Participate in file review calls and capture key insights and action items.
• Prepare draft proposals and time estimates reflecting client needs and scope.
• Coordinate with Proposal Management to finalize options and ensure completeness.
• Support onboarding with documentation and assist post-handoff questions.
• Attend weekly Proposal and Sales Department meetings.
