AccountingDepartment.com is seeking a detail‑oriented Proposal Architect to bridge Revenue Generation and Implementation. You will review prospective clients’ QuickBooks files, capture insights, and craft proposal documents reflecting scope and effort.

Post‑sale, you’ll support onboarding and assist with contract reviews and ongoing improvements. Overtime may be required to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, telecommuting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience reviewing accounting system data and workflows (QuickBooks or similar).
• Ability to translate file review findings into proposals and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review client QuickBooks files and financial reports and identify risks.
• Participate in File Review calls and record key insights.
• Prepare draft proposals and time estimates aligned with ADC terms.
• Support onboarding by delivering documentation to Implementation.
• Improve data review and handoff processes to enhance proposals.
