Synthesia, a leading AI video platform, seeks a Proposal Manager to own end-to-end proposal, RFP, and RFI processes for strategic and enterprise opportunities. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, compelling customer-focused documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a sales, sales operations, or commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Proposal RFP/RFI ownership and end-to-end submissions.
• Partner with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to deliver high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Handle security questionnaires and due diligence requests with Infosec and Legal where needed.
• Manage vendor registration and procurement portal submissions (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer).
• Build relationships with Finance, Legal, RevOps, Infosec, Services, and Sales to support deal execution.
