Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a world-class Property Sales Consultant to drive our outbound sales and appointment engine. This fully remote role operates from South Africa with a 6-month fixed-term contract and potential transition to permanent based on performance.

The schedule runs Thursday to Monday, 09:00–17:00 UK time, with a 1-hour break, covering weekends. You will be on the phone most of the day, calling warm leads, vendors, landlords, and past inquiries to book qualified valuation

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-volume outbound telesales.
• Comfort with weekend shifts (Thu–Mon).
• Experience in UK estate or property sales is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strict data privacy and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outbound calling to rapidly qualify warm leads and convert to appointments.
• Secure firm valuation slots and handle objections to create urgency.
• Coordinate Viewber appointments and manage viewing calendars with stakeholders.
• Maintain 100% current records across Salesforce, Leadrocket, Street, Viewber, and Google Workspace.
• Respond to internal messages within 15 minutes during shift hours.
