Qualifications

• 2–3 years in property preservation, asset management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and investor/insurer guidelines.
• Proficiency with property management software (MSP, LoanSphere, Yardi, FHA Connection), Microsoft Office, and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property inspections (initial, subsequent, FEMA, occupancy verification) to assess property condition.
• Secure and maintain properties (vacant, winterization, lawn care, debris removal, repairs) and address code violations.
• Vendor/contractor management to ensure timely, cost-effective preservation per investor guidelines.
• Maintain records and reporting in servicing systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to preserve properties to standards.
• Monitor risks such as code violations and occupancy changes.
