Job summary

Pennymac in the United States seeks a Property Preservation Associate III to support loss analyses, vendor management, and property timeline optimization for escalated loans within Property Preservation.

You will manage high‑risk portfolios, evaluate repair bids, perform quality reviews, and coordinate responses to complaints and code issues, ensuring compliance with FHA/VA/USDA guidelines and protecting asset value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate repair bids.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review photos, bids, and inspections.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership and cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in loss analyses and property timeline optimization for escalated loans.
• Manage high-risk portfolios including post-sale FHA properties and government-backed loans.
• Lead vendor management: evaluate, negotiate, and approve repair bids.
• Conduct quality reviews of completed vendor work for compliance with budgets and standards.
• Coordinate responses to consumer complaints, code violations, and related orders.
