The role requires a real estate license within six months, 3+ years of CHA/ CAM experience, and strong skills in Yardi, MRI, and Excel. Arlington, VA on-site position with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Real estate license expected within six months of hire date.
• Minimum 3+ years in commercial property management and budgeting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis for properties.
• Build strong tenant relationships and address needs proactively.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and CAM reconciliations.
• Manage lease administration, renewals, and TI coordination.
