Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of commercial property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Yardi and MRI. On-site work with a focus on delivering high standards for tenants and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Real estate license required within six (6) months of hire date.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations.
• 3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses.
• Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and TI coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
