Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Remote Senior Manager for Property Management in the United States. You will oversee operations, reporting, and financial activities for a portfolio of properties, coordinating site onboarding, emergency response, lease administration, and security oversight.

You will lead with CBRE values, manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and engage owners and tenants to meet objectives while ensuring compliance and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams to achieve operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site onboarding meetings with regional managers and site leads to establish relationships and define inspection requirements.
• Act as first point of contact for emergency responders and manage annual emergency plans.
• Serve as primary contact for current lessees, monitor expirations, track zoning changes, and represent ownership at meetings.
• Oversee site security, inspect fences/locks, and coordinate threat assessments.
• Monitor land conditions, establish landscaping budgets, and manage wildfire risk prevention.
• Prepare and distribute periodic Site Inspection Reports with risk summaries, photo journals, and maintenance logs.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans and monthly performance reports.
