CBRE is seeking a Sr. Manager of Property Management to oversee a portfolio’s operations, reporting, and financials from a remote U.S. location.

You will coordinate site onboarding, manage emergency responses, and supervise leases and owner relations while ensuring security, environmental care, and thorough documentation. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead complex, confidential communications and expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams across disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Meet) is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate site onboarding and scoping with regional managers and site leads to define operational requirements for each property.
• Act as first point of contact for emergency responders and manage annual emergency communications and ad-hoc projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for lessees and monitor lease expirations, zoning changes, and ownership meetings.
• Oversee site security including fences, gates, and locks; support threat assessments and signage.
• Manage environmental and grounds activities, weed control, budgeting, and brush clearance to prevent wildfire risk.
• Prepare and distribute Site Inspection Reports with risk summaries, photo journals, and maintenance logs.
• Respond to high-profile tenant needs and issues.
• Serve as owner representative to ensure objectives are met and deliver timely reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital expenditure budgets and provide monthly variance reports.
• Prepare and coordinate legal notices and advise on required legal actions.
• Apply broad knowledge of the business and collaborate across disciplines to achieve team objectives.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and influence others accordingly.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader departmental impact and improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
