Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets and impact multiple disciplines.
• Advanced organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee coaching, evaluations and development.
• Coordinate daily team activities, schedule work, assign tasks and ensure deadlines.
• Respond to high profile tenant needs and issues as a primary contact for owners.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Forecast complex management plans and produce monthly performance variances.
• Develop programs for emergency recoveries and oversee legal notices when needed.
• Review rent and CAM charges to ensure timely payments.
