Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site onboarding and scoping with regional managers and site leads to define operational requirements for each property.
• Act as first contact for emergency responders and manage annual emergency communications and ad-hoc projects.
• Serve as primary contact for lessees and monitor lease expirations and local zoning changes.
• Oversee site security: fences, gates, locks, signage, and trespass prevention.
• Monitor landscaping and grounds to manage wildfire risks and establish annual budgets.
• Prepare periodic Site Inspection Reports with risk summaries, photo journals and maintenance logs.
• Respond to high-profile tenant needs and issues; represent ownership in reporting.
