Responsibilities

• Coordinate site onboarding, scoping, and inspection frequencies.
• Oversee security, landscaping, and emergency response coordination.
• Administer lease activities and monitor expirations with lessees.
• Prepare periodic Site Inspection Reports with risk summaries and cost updates.
• Lead budget development and variance explanations for property operating plans.
• Act as primary contact with owners and prepare timely reports.
