State Farm is seeking a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to handle accident and weather-related homeowners and commercial claims. You will be the first contact for insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide them through the claims process with remarkable service.

You will conduct on-site inspections, collaborate with policyholders and agents, and prepare detailed reports while maintaining strong customer relations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other involved parties to gather information and resolve claims efficiently.
• Interact with involved parties who may express strong emotions or concerns during inspections or claim resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process, addressing inquiries promptly.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms to determine validity of claims and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits, considering policy provisions and company guidelines.
